Cancellation Penalties

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation by 3/15/2027 - 75% of paid payment made outside of non-refundable deposit
Cancellation by 4/15/2027 - 50% of paid payment made outside of non-refundable deposit
Cancellation by 5/15/2027 - 25% of paid payments made outside of non-refundable deposit
Cancellation after 5/15/2027 - ZERO - of payments made

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

Deposit Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

Deposit is $600 per person - $300 due by 4/25/2026 & $300 due 5/25/2026.

Solo Traveler Deposit is $600 -$300 due by 4/25/2026 & $300 due 5/25/2026

Auto payments will be automatically deducted every month on the 25th, amounts are stated below.

A minimum MONTHLY payment PER person in the room:

A minimum payment of $100 is acceptable (double or Triple Occupancy rooms)- there will be a balloon payment due on 6/25/2027.
A minimum payment of $150 is acceptable - with a balloon payment due on 6/25/2027.

SUGGESTED PAYMENT SCHEDULE

$147 for Double Occupancy (TWO people in the room)
$134 for Triple Occupancy (Three people in the room)
$174 for the Solo traveler (One person in the room)

We will provide a monthly payment schedule for you to use, once your deposit has been confirmed.
