Why book with an agent can't I just do it myself?

Most people spend in excess of four hours, over multiple days, planning their own vacations. I will create a custom itinerary, pulling together flights, transfers, accommodations, tours, visits, meals and exclusive visits based on your preferences. So that you can spend your time on other things.

I don’t charge hidden fees.
While doing a search as a "traditional traveler" recently I realized how much more I was being charged. There were extra fees and service charges that were added to my trip as I was checking out. I didn't realize just how much these discount websites "hide" the fees. With me what you see is what you get. There won't be any surprises I make sure that any fees hotels or car services charge are fully disclosed to you.

I am a human being behind this computer page. The photos you see of me are indeed me, and not a warehouse full of people who give you canned speeches.

From guaranteeing your hotel is available to knowing if the excursion company is legitimate, booking with me ensures you will not get duped. And I can provide insurance for medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

I am on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I am with you throughout the booking process and follow up afterward. 

I am a specialist.
My background...I started out as a flight attendant and after becoming a wife and mother I started an event company. I specialized in corporate events and party planning and worked with groups of 20 to 200. I combined my love of planning and traveling and became a travel concierge. I don't like to say I am an "agent" as I find myself doing more than just booking the trips I book the experience.
